London to Brighton Bike Ride 21st June 2009
Dearest friends and family, as unlikely as it might sound we are cycling from London to Brighton in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

As part of a 73 strong team from the British Gas IS department we will be grinding out the 54 miles between the capital and the coast. Please donate all that you can for this amazing cause that has become very personal to me over the last year. You can do this by visiting our fundraising page here .

We are a little way off our target and your generosity can make the difference. Every penny counts so please dig deep and be sure you mention us in the comments section so our colleagues know we are doing our bit.
